TARTAN RIDGE TO HOST 2009 PARADE OF HOMES
In June 2009, all eyes will be on Tartan Ridge as we host the BIA Parade of Homes. This fall, the featured home builders will be announced and the Parade site plan introduced to the public. Watch this web site as we keep you up to date on the progress we're making.

BALLANTRAE: new elementary school OPENS
Washington Elementary, the 14th elementary school in the Hilliard School district, opened this school year right at the south entrance of Ballantrae. All of our home owners have and easy walk or bike ride to this neighborhood gem. Visit www.hilliardschools.org/wsh/ to see for yourself!

NELSON FARMS: MUCH INTEREST ALREADY
While several luxury builders will be part of Nelson Farms, we at Edwards Land Company have received quite a bit of interest directly from home owners. Once people see the hills and deep ravines of this community along the Olentangy River, and they hear that we have 3/4-acre sites, they want to secure a lot for themselves. TARTAN RIDGE: Fall event a success!
Several hundred families visited Tartan Ridge in October to see how our new community is shaping up. During our first Tent Event, future home owners met with seven of the builders who set up exhibits under our tent, talk to Edwards Land Company about the developer's plans for the community,  and see how the streets, lots, and parks are laid out.
